Overnight Oats

Creamy oat filled cereal with tantalizing bursts of yogurt have a satisfying appeal for a ready made breakfast.

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk dairy, almond, oat, cashew or coconut
  • ¼ cup plain greek yogurt optional
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp chia seeds


  • In a jar/bowl add oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, chia seeds and mix. Cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight (~6-8 hours).
  • Suggested toppings: peanut butter & chocolate chips, fresh berries, pecans & dried cranberries, mixed nuts, or fresh fruits.

Refrigerate up to 4 days.
