plain greek yogurt

Instructions
In a jar/bowl add oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, chia seeds and mix. Cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight (~6-8 hours).
Suggested toppings: peanut butter & chocolate chips, fresh berries, pecans & dried cranberries, mixed nuts, or fresh fruits.
Refrigerate up to 4 days.
