Olive Oil Bread Dip (Restaurant Style)

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil Preferably from italy
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves grated or minced
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh grated Parmesan cheese optional


  • In a shallow bowl or plate: combine all the ingredients together and mix.
  • Optional: season with more salt, black pepper or fresh Parmesan cheese to taste.

Serve with warm bread. Enjoy!
