Instructions
First Bake
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean the portobello mushrooms and cut off the stems.
Chop the stems into small chunks for the topper. Set aside. Watch the video for reference.
Brush the mushroom caps with olive oil.
Bake the mushrooms for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine all the seasoning and mix.
Second Bake
Remove the mushrooms from the oven.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture onto the mushrooms.
Add the toppings to the mushroom; pizza sauce, mushroom stem chunks, cheese and pepperoni.
Bake the mushrooms for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
