Heat skillet/pan to medium-high. Add 2 tbsp oil and wait for 1 minute.
Add marinated meat and cook for 5-6 minutes or until no longer pink.
In a small bowl: mix cornstarch and water together (make sure the cornstarch has dissolved).
Add garlic and dried peppers. Cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.
Pour the sauce and cornstarch mixture into the skillet/pan. Mix well.
Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
