Prepare & Cook
Slice all the vegetables and set aside.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the pre-cooked noodles and drain. Follow the package instructions for cook time.
Using a wok/pan, add 2 tbsp oil and turn the heat to medium-high. Wait for approx. 30-60 seconds.
Add the marinated beef to the wok/pan; cook for 2-3 minutes or until the beef is no longer pink. Place the beef on a plate/bowl and set aside.
Add 2 tbsp oil to the wok/pan. Then add garlic and carrots: cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.
Add mushrooms and cabbage; cook for 2-3 minutes or until the cabbage is slightly wilted.
Place cooked beef and noodles in the wok/pan. Pour the sauce mixture on top of the noodles. Toss and mix well.
Add green onions and toss/mix well. Remove the wok/pan from the heat.
