I learned from my Mother and her family that eating is more than just survival. Family and friends would gather to help prepare, cook, eat and clean just because they enjoyed each others company. The work week would start by discussing what happened at the last gathering and end with the planning of the next one. Since that time, I have moved far away from the place where I grew up. I take with me everywhere I go the desire to break bread with others and just hang out. I started this site because I love to cook. I maintain it because I love to interact with others that share similar interests as I do. We are living in times where traditional values of food, family and friends matter more than ever. As a wife and a mother of three, I hope you are also enjoying your next meal with those that matter most to you. Please leave a comment if you find one of my recipes useful and don’t hesitate to reach if you have any questions for me. Thanks! -Kim
