  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker. Slow cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  • Mix and serve. Garmish with whip cream, caramel sauce & sprinkle salt.
