Chop the chicken into chunks. Heat a pan to medium-high; add oil, meat, salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika and cook for 5-8 minutes or until nearly fully cooked. Add garlic, sun dried tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until fragrant. Add heavy whipping cream, basil, parsley, red pepper flakes and mix. Add cheese, continue to mix until it has completely melted.
