Instructions
Sauce
Put all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, stir and set aside until ready for use.
Stir-fry
Heat the wok on high. Add oil, garlic and peppers. Cook for 20 seconds. Add sliced chicken and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
Add sauce mixture to the wok and stir. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce begins the thicken.
Throw in the basil and Chinese chives. Toss everything until the basil and chives are wilted.
Serve with rice
