- 2 large russet potatoes (about 1 lb each) or 2 medium size (8 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F.
Clean and scrub the potatoes until all dirt has been removed. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Potato prep: Use a fork to pierce the thoroughly. Rub olive oil over the entire surface. Then rub with salt. Then set them in the air fryer basket.
Large potatoes (1 lb): cook for 55 minutes (flip after 35 min.) or until tender.Medium potatoes (8 oz): cook for 40 minutes (flip after 25 min.) or until tender.
Serve with butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon, salt, sour cream and chopped green onions. Enjoy!
