Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F. Clean and scrub the potatoes until all dirt has been removed. Pat dry with a paper towel. Potato prep: Use a fork to pierce the thoroughly.

Rub olive oil over the entire surface.

Then rub with salt.

Then set them in the air fryer basket.

- Large potatoes (1 lb): cook for 55 minutes (flip after 35 min.) or until tender.
- Medium potatoes (8 oz): cook for 40 minutes (flip after 25 min.) or until tender.

Cut in half

Serve with butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon, salt, sour cream and chopped green onions. Enjoy!
