Place sliced sausage, carrots, onions & brussel sprout on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper.

Sheet Pan Kielbasa & Brussel Sprout
Ingredients
- 12 oz kielbasa sliced
- ½ lb brussel sprout cut in half
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 carrots sliced
- ½ purple onion chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place sliced sausage, carrots, onions & brussel sprout on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 25 – 30 minutes or until the brussel sprout is tender.
