In bowl: add whole mushrooms, melted butter, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and mix.
Transfer the mushrooms to a baking sheet.

Roasted Garlic Butter Mushrooms
- 2 lbs whole mushrooms
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Clean and rinse the mushrooms. Trim the tips of the mushrooms.
- In bowl: add whole mushrooms, melted butter, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and mix. Transfer the mushrooms to a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 -25 minutes
