Clean, rinse and pat the corned beef dry with papper towel. Set aside. In a small bowl: combine brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and dijon mustard. Gently pour the sauce mixture over the corned beef. Lightly sprinkle the package seasoning (that came with the beef) on the sauce.

Then cover the beef with foil tent. Make sure to cover really well to prevent liquid leaking out.

Preheat the air fryer to 300°F. Place the beef in the air fryer basket. Cook for 2 hours.

Then remove beef from the basket.

Let rest for 30 minutes covered with foil tent.

Slice and enjoy!

Tender and moist corned beef.

Air Fryer Corned Beef

Ingredients
- 4 lbs corned beef
- package seasoning
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 300°F.
- Clean, rinse and pat the corned beef dry with paper towel. Set aside.
- In a small bowl: combine brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and dijon mustard.
- Place the corned beef on a sheet of aluminum foil. Gently pour the sauce mixture over the corned beef. Lightly sprinkle the package seasoning (that came with the beef) on the sauce. Then cover the beef with foil tent. Make sure to cover really well to prevent liquid leaking out.
- Place the beef in the air fryer basket. Cook for 2 hours. Then remove beef from the basket and let rest for 30 minutes covered with foil tent.
Slice and enjoy!
