Instructions
In a large bowl: combine eggs, buttermilk, melted butter and mix well. Add cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda and mix well.
Place the silicone muffin molds in the air fryer. Scoop ¼ cup of batter in the muffin molds or fill them up ⅔ of the way.
Air fry for 330°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden on top.
(Depending on the size of your air fryer: repeat this step as necessary).
