cheddar cheese block
not pre-shredded

evaporated milk

cornstarch

hot sauce

minced pickled jalapeños
Instructions
Shred cheddar cheese. Place it in a a sauce pan or non-stick pan.
Add cornstarch and gently toss/mix together. Add evaporated milk, hot sauce, pickled jalapeños and mix everything together.
Turn up the heat to low-medium and cook for 8-10 minutes
(make sure to stir frequently).
Remove the pan from heat source. Season salt if needed.
Serve with warm tortilla chips & pickled jalapeños. Enjoy!
