One Pot Spaghetti

- 1 lb ground beef/chuck
- 1 lb spaghetti noodles
- 4 cups beef broth low-sodium
- 27 oz chopped tomatoes
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 onion chopped
Heat the pan to medium-high. Add meat and cook for 3-5 minutes or until no longer pink. Add onion, garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add salt, pepper, Italian seasonings, red pepper flakes, Worcestershire, tomato paste and mix well.
Add beef broth, chopped tomatoes and mix. Add spaghetti noodles (make sure to submerge the noodles in the broth). Cover with a lid for 3 minutes. Remove lid and using tongs (or fork), loosen the noodles. Cook for 10 minutes or until the noodles have soaked up almost all the liquid (the noodles should be al dente). Note: Stir and mix every few minutes while cooking.
Season with salt & pepper to taste; mix well. Garnish with fresh Parmesan and chopped parsley.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
