Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Coat the muffin pan with cooking spray.
Gently unroll the crust. Separate each pie crust. Discard or save the scraps. Place the crust in the tin and press firmly down into the tin.
In a separate bowl: add eggs and whip. Add milk, salt, pepper and whip. Optional: transfer the egg to a measuring cup for easy pouring.
Divide egg mixture into 12 muffin tins. Add your choice of toppings. Divide ½ cup of cheese evenly into the tins.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and transfer to a baking rack.
