Gently unroll the crust. Separate each pie crust. Discard or save the scraps.

Place the crust in the tin and press firmly down into the tin.

In a separate bowl: add eggs and whip. Add milk, salt, pepper and whip. Optional: transfer the egg to a measuring cup for easy pouring.

Divide egg mixture into 12 muffin tins.

Add your choice of toppings.

Divide ½ cup of cheese evenly into the tins.

Bake for 25 – 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and transfer to a baking rack.

Serve & enjoy!

Quiche Muffins
Equipment
- Muffin Tin
Ingredients
- 12 mini pie crust Pillsbury brand
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup any vegetables
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Coat the muffin pan with cooking spray.
