Ingredients

  • 2 lb brussel sprouts
  • ½ cup Italian style breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
  • Clean and cut the brussel sprouts in half.
  • In a bowl; pour in the olive oil and mix. Then, add the rest of ingredients and mix.
  • Transfer the seasoned brussel sprouts to a baking sheet and spread them out.
  • Place the brussel sprouts in the oven and bake for for ~20-25 mintues or until they are tender.
