2 lb brussel sprouts
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix.
Transfer the brussel sprouts to a baking sheet; spread them out.

Roasted Parmesan Brussel Sprouts
- 2 lb brussel sprouts
- ½ cup Italian style breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Clean and cut the brussel sprouts in half.
- In a bowl; pour in the olive oil and mix. Then, add the rest of ingredients and mix.
- Transfer the seasoned brussel sprouts to a baking sheet and spread them out.
- Place the brussel sprouts in the oven and bake for for ~20-25 mintues or until they are tender.
