large shrimp
peeled and deveined

cup
dry white wine
¼
cup
fresh parsley
finely chopped

tbsp
fresh lemon juice

tbsp
unsalted butter
2
tbsp
extra-virgin olive oil
⅛
tsp
red pepper flakes
3
garlic cloves
minced
1
medium shallot
chopped
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the pan to medium.
Add olive oil and butter. Wait until the butter is mostly melted.
Add shallot and cook for 2 minutes or until translucent.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
Pour white wine and cook for 3 minutes or until half of the wine has cooked down.
Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per-side.
Pour in lemon juice, red pepper flakes and stir.
Season with salt & pepper.
Add fresh parsley and mix. Remove the pan from the heat.
Best enjoyed with pasta, toasted bread, vegetables or salad.
Serve immediately!
