Gooey S’mores Bars are sticky sweet and delicious. This is one treat that is fun to make and fun to eat. Crunchy meats chewy in this rich chocolate laced S’Mores Bar. In a large bowl: add flour, egg, vanilla extract, salt & brown sugar.

Mix until well combined. Pour in melted butter, continue to mix everything together. Never add melted butter to a raw egg because it will slightly cook the egg creating lumps.

Add Hershey’s squares

Add mini marshmallows

Add chopped graham crackers

Mix everything together with a spatula.

Transfer the batter to a pan.

Bake for 20 minutes. Optional: in the last 2-3 minutes of cooking time, place several more mini marshmallows on the top. This will enhance the presentation, make it pretty.

Remove cookie bar from the oven. Let cool in the pan for 30 minutes before slicing.

Slice and enjoy!

Gooey S’mores Bars
Ingredients
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 6 full size graham crackers chopped
- 2 full size Hershey's bar break into squares
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place parchment paper, let the edges overhang, on the bottom of the 8"x 8" pan (this will help when removing the brownies from the pan later). Grease the sides with cooking flour spray or butter.
- In a large bowl: add flour, egg, vanilla extract, salt, brown sugar and mix until well combined. Pour in melted butter, continue to mix everything together. Never add melted butter to a raw egg because it will slightly cook the egg creating lumps.
- Add chopped graham crackers, Hershey's squares, mini marshmallows, continue to mix everything together with a spatula.
