Air Fryer French Toast

Ingredients

In a large shallow bowl: Add eggs and whisk.

Add cinnamon, sugar, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, nutmeg (optional) and whisk again.

Dip the sliced bread in the mixture, soak for 20 seconds per side. Repeat for each slice of bread.

Preheat the air fryer to 370°F. Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the soaked bread in the basket and spray the top of the bread with cooking spray. Air fry for 8 minutes total, ~4 Minutes each side. Flip at the half way point and both sides should be lightly golden brown.

(Depending on the size of your air fryer: repeat this step as necessary).

Serve with powdered sugar, maple syrup & fresh fruits. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 sliced challah or brioche bread
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch ground nutmeg
  • cooking spray avocado or olive

Instructions
