This is one of those weeknight dinners that looks like you spent way more time on it than you actually did — and I mean that as the highest compliment.
Beef with Bell Peppers Stir Fry is my go-to when I want something that tastes like it came from a Chinese restaurant but costs a fraction of the price and comes together in just 20 minutes. Tender sliced steak, colorful peppers, a savory sauce with just a little sweetness — served over a big bowl of rice, it hits every single time. My family cleans their plates every time I make this one.
The ingredients are simple, affordable, and easy to find at any grocery store. This is real, from-scratch cooking that anyone can do on a busy Tuesday night. Let me show you how!

Once cooked, you can store this in the refrigerator and enjoy it at your convenience. This is perfect for the times you are too busy for a lot of prep work and still crave good home cooked food. Feel free to leave a comment and let me know what you think of this foodlicious dish.
