Using a skillet/pan: turn the heat to medium. Drizzle the bottom with oil. Then add the ground beef/chuck and cook for 5-6 minutes or until no longer pink.

Add taco seasoning and water. Mix everything together well.

Add refried beans then mix some more. Simmer for 5-8 minutes until thickens. Remove from heat source.

Place chips on a baking sheet. Layer with the meat/bean mixture and shredded cheese.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

Sheet Pan Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or chuck
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning 1 package
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 16 oz refried beans about 2 cups
nachos
- 11-12 oz Tortilla chips 1 bag
- 2 cups Mexican cheese
- chopped lettuce
- chopped tomatoes
- sour cream
- salsa
- chopped cilantro
- sliced jalapeño
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
- Using a skillet/pan: turn the heat to medium. Drizzle the bottom with oil. Then add the ground beef/chuck and cook for 5-6 minutes or until no longer pink. Add taco seasoning and water. Mix everything together well. Add refried beans then mix some more. Simmer for 5-8 minutes until thickens. Remove from heat source.
- Place chips on a baking sheet. Layer with the meat/bean mixture and shredded cheese.
- Place the sheet in the oven. Bake for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese has melted
- Finally top with fresh cut lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, jalapeños and salsa. Optional: Sprinkle a handful more of cheese on top.
