Pandan Waffles
Equipment
- Waffle Maker
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup vegetable or canola oil
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp pandan flavor/extract
- 4 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 6-7 drops green food color
- 14 oz coconut cream
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- In a large bowl: combine all the ingredients. Mix and beat on medium-high until smooth.
- Preheat the waffles maker. Pour the batter into the hot waffles iron. Cook until lightly golden brown.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
