Pineapple Salsa

This is a sweet, spiky salsa, that is used as a dip for chips or vegetables or as a garnish for roasted meat, fish or vegetables is so easy to make anyone should give it a try. A raw salsa bursting with chunks of satisfying fresh ingredients you will fill your chips and your tummy as you scoop away the hunger one chip at a time. Chop tomatoes..

Remove and discard the pineapple core. Chop the pineapples and place in a bowl.

Deseed the jalapeño’s and mince (transfer to the bowl).

Chop cilantro, & red onions (transfer to the bowl)

Serve & enjoy! Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

Pineapple Salsa

Lucious Salsa that sparks summertime celebration with festive flavors, colors and seasonal selections, the entire family will enjoy this delicious recipe.

  • 1 ½ cup fresh pineapples (ripe) discard the core & chopped
  • cup cilantro chopped
  • ¼ cup red onions chopped
  • 2 roma tomatoes chopped
  • 1 lime juice only
  • 1 jalapeño deseeded & minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper


  • Remove and discard the pineapple core. Chop the pineapples and place in a bowl. Chop tomatoes, cilantro, & red onions (transfer to the bowl). Deseed the jalapeño's and mince (transfer to the bowl).
  • Combine all the ingredients together and mix well. Optional: season with salt & pepper to taste.

Serve & enjoy! Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
