Remove and discard the pineapple core. Chop the pineapples and place in a bowl.

Deseed the jalapeño’s and mince (transfer to the bowl).

Chop cilantro, & red onions (transfer to the bowl)

Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup fresh pineapples (ripe) discard the core & chopped
- ⅓ cup cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup red onions chopped
- 2 roma tomatoes chopped
- 1 lime juice only
- 1 jalapeño deseeded & minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Remove and discard the pineapple core. Chop the pineapples and place in a bowl. Chop tomatoes, cilantro, & red onions (transfer to the bowl). Deseed the jalapeño's and mince (transfer to the bowl).
- Combine all the ingredients together and mix well. Optional: season with salt & pepper to taste.
Serve & enjoy! Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
