Clean and cut the baby potatoes in half. Set aside.

In a 9″ x 13″ baking pan; add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, onion, garlic, pepper & mix everything together.

Add 2 tbsp olive oil and mix with the mixture. Try to spread an even layer.

Place potatoes, cut side down in the pan & firmly press down to the mixture. Brush 2 tbsp olive oil all over the top of the potatoes.

Cook for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and the parmesan cheese is crispy. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Serve with your favorite dip.

Crispy Parmesan Crusted Baby Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs baby potatoes
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp (divided) extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Clean and cut the baby potatoes in half. Set aside.
- In a 9" x 13" baking pan; add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, onion, garlic, pepper & mix everything together. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and mix with the mixture. Try to spread an even layer.
