Baked Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes 6 – 8 oz each
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Clean and scrub the potatoes until all dirt has been removed. Pat dry with a paper towel. Sweet potato prep: Use a fork to pierce them thoroughly. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 – 45 minutes or until soft & tender.
Slice and serve with butter, salt & pepper. Enjoy!
