In a bowl: combine all the ingredients & mix.

Spread butter mix on both sides of the sliced bread.

Oven: place bread on baking sheet and cook for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and continue to cook for another 5-6 minutes. Air fryer: place bread in the basket and cook for 6 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and continue to cook for another 6 minutes.

Texas Toast
Ingredients
- 8 sliced Italian bread Âľ"-1" thick
- ½ cup softened unsalted butter about 1 stick
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- 3-4 garlic cloves grated or minced
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 370°F or preheat the air fryer to 325°F.
- In a bowl: combine all the ingredients & mix. Spread butter mix on both sides of the sliced bread.
