Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Clean and slice the potatoes about ½” thick.

In a bowl: add olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, onion and mix.

Brush mixture on both sides of the potatoes.

Place the sliced potatoes in the air fryer basket. Make sure to space them apart being careful to not over crowd them.

Air fry for 30 minutes (flip after 15 minutes). Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to do this in multiple batches.

Serve with your favorite dip. Enjoy!

Air Fryer Cottage Fries
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs potatoes yukon (yellow) or russet
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- In a bowl: add olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, onion and mix.
- Clean and slice the potatoes about ½" thick. Rub mixture on both sides of the potatoes.
