Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Wonton

Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Wonton are a crispy snack-able that is perfectly delicious as an appetizer or party favor finger food. This is an interesting item that is best enjoyed fresh and hot. The bite pops with flavor and washes down great with a nice cold beverage. They are a bit meticulous to create but not too difficult if you follow the recipe closely. My family gobbled these up. I don’t normally slather my food with ranch but the occasional buttery dip as you go makes these chicken stuffed wontons a very satisfying experience. We enjoyed this recipe and highly recommend you try it at least once to see for yourself how delicious it really is.

n a medium size bowl: place the chopped chicken, shredded cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, & chopped green onions together. Then mix well.

Place 1 wrapper in your hand. Use the other hand to scoop 1 tsp of the mixture and place it in the center of the wrapper. Then wet (water) around the edges of the wrapper (use your finger). Fold two corners diagonally together, then fold the other two corners together. Finally, press/pinch the wrapper firmly until the wonton corners have completely sealed/joined.

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Coat the basket with cooking spray. Place the first batch of wontons in the basket.

Air fry for 6 minutes or until lightly golden. 

Enjoy.

Dip with ranch or blue cheese sauce.

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken chopped
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning or 1 package
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions
 

  • In a medium size bowl: place the chopped chicken, shredded cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, chopped green onions together and then mix well.
  • Place 1 wrapper in your hand. Use the other hand to scoop 1 tsp of the mixture and place it in the center of the wrapper. Then wet (water) around the edges of the wrapper (use your finger). Fold two corners diagonally together, then fold the other two corners together. Finally, press/pinch the wrapper firmly until the wonton corners have completely sealed/joined. Repeat with the rest of the wontons. You should have about 35-40 wontons. When ready, coat the wontons with cooking spray.   • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Coat the basket with cooking spray. Place the first batch of wontons in the basket. Air fry for 6 minutes or until lightly golden. (Depending on the size of your air fryer: repeat this step as necessary.)

Dip with ranch or blue cheese sauce.

    Clean and pat the chicken dry with a paper towel. Coat the leg quarters with olive oil. Add salt, onion, garlic, pepper and mix.

    Then mix all over the chicken.

    Place the chicken skin side down in the air fryer basket. (Watch the video reference). Cook for 20 minutes.

    Then flip, skin side up and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

    Crispy skin.

    Serve and enjoy!

    Ingredients
      

    • 2 chicken leg quarters
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • ½ tsp black pepper

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
    • Clean and pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.
    • Coat the leg quarters with olive oil.
    • In a small bowl: add salt, onion, garlic, pepper and mix. Then rub all over the chicken.
    • Place the chicken skin side down in the air fryer basket. (Watch the video reference). Cook for 20 minutes. Then flip, skin side up and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

    Serve and enjoy!

      Jalapeños Popper Pigs in a Blanket (Air Fryer & Oven)

      Comfort food with a spicy kick that is mouthwatering satisfaction at your finger tips. This affordable and easy to make selection is perfect on any occasion and can be made by most anyone.  Warm bread that is stuffed with little sausages and are absolutely addicting.       Cut the jalapeños in half (vertically) and remove (discard) the seeds.

      Chop the jalapeños into bite sizes.

      In a medium size bowl: combine chopped jalapeño, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, onion and garlic; mix well.

      Unroll the can of dough. Separate 8 triangles. Cut each triangle into 3 smaller narrow triangles.

      Scoop out about 1 tsp jalapeños popper mixtures and place onto the long side of the crescent.

      Add 1 mini cocktail on top.

      Gently fold and roll the dough to the point end. Place them on a baking sheet. Continue with the rest.

      In a small bowl: add 1 egg and water. Whip until well combined. Brush the egg wash over the crescents. Sprinkle with salt.

      Air fry for 6-7 minutes or until the top becomes golden brown. Remove the pigs in a blanket from the basket. Continue with the rest. Make sure to coat the basket with cooking spray. Do not over crowd in the basket. May need to do 2-3 batches. 

      Bake in the oven for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove the pigs in a blanket from the baking sheet. 

      Serve & enjoy!

      Jalapeños Popper Pigs in a Blanket (Air Fryer & Oven)

      • 8 oz Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls
      • 12 oz mini cocktail sausages lil'smokies
      • 4 oz cream cheese softened
      • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
      • ½ tsp onion powder
      • ½ tsp garlic powder
      • 4 fresh jalapeños

      Egg Wash

      • 1 egg
      • 2 tbsp water
      • salt

      Instructions
       

      • Preheat the air fryer to 300°F or oven 375°F.

        Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F. Clean and scrub the potatoes until all dirt has been removed. Pat dry with a paper towel. Potato prep: Use a fork to pierce the thoroughly.

        Rub olive oil over the entire surface.

        Then rub with salt.

        Then set them in the air fryer basket.

        • Large potatoes (1 lb): cook for 55 minutes (flip after 35 min.) or until tender.
        • Medium potatoes (8 oz): cook for 40 minutes (flip after 25 min.) or until tender.

        Cut in half

        Serve with butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon, salt, sour cream and chopped green onions. Enjoy!

          Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Clean potatoes and slice into wedges (8).

          Place potato wedges in a bowl. Add oil, hot sauce and mix well. Coat the potatoes with seasoning.

          Place the sliced potatoes in the air fryer basket. Make sure to space them apart being careful to not over crowd them.

          Air fry for 30 minutes (flip after 15 minutes). 

          Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to do this in multiple batches.
